- 1-2 slices of sourdough
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ½ Honeycrisp apple, sliced thin
- 2-3 slices of halloumi cheese
- Nigella seeds
- Grill halloumi on medium-low heat until lightly brown on both sides. (This cheese doesn't melt.)
- Toast sourdough, then butter.
- Alternate slices of grilled halloumi, avocado, and apple over toast.
- Drizzle honey over top and sprinkle with nigella seeds.
