You may still be able to find Ambrosia in stores. View the list of all Yes! Apples retailers here.
The Ambrosia apple was discovered in 1990 as a chance seedling in an orchard in British Columbia. The appearance is vibrant red with a distinctive pinkish-red blush and faint, broad stripes. This blushing beauty is sweet, juicy, and aromatic, with mega crunch!
The best way to keep apples fresh? Take them out of the box, wash them immediately, and refrigerate them. Apples will last 6-8 weeks when refrigerated and 5-7 days when left on the counter.
