Shipping FAQs

Which days do you send out shipments?

We ship orders Monday to Wednesday to ensure maximum freshness. Orders placed after 12 noon on Wednesdays will ship the following Monday to ensure that packages do not sit at shipping warehouses over the weekend.


Does Yes! Apples ship outside of the U.S.?

At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. territories and outlying islands.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the perishability of our apples.


Why can’t Yes! Apples ship to California and Arizona?

Due to Arizona and California agriculture laws, we are unable to ship fresh produce to these states. Any orders shipping to these states will be canceled and refunded.

However, this only applies to our direct-to-consumer products available on yesapples.com. You can still find our apples in stores nationwide, pending seasonal availability. For a full list of retailers, check here.

Where does my order ship from?

Yes! Apples are grown throughout New York, from the shores of Lake Ontario to the shores of the Hudson River. Your apples will ship from Wolcott, NY, which is about 50 miles east of Rochester, NY.


What are Yes! Apples shipping rates?

We currently ship with USPS. Rates will be automatically calculated by the carrier at checkout. Rates will vary depending on your location. We offer the following shipping speeds:

    • USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Business Days)
    • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days)
    • USPS Priority Mail Express (1-3 Business Days, by 6 p.m.)

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.


Returns

Since we ship a perishable product, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to hi@yesapples.com and we can assist with a refund or replacement.

 

Subscriptions

We offer subscriptions for the majority of our varieties at 2- or 4-week intervals. Subscription boxes ship on Mondays. Subscriptions will be charged automatically on the Sunday prior to the shipment date, unless cancelled or paused by the customer.


Route Shipping Protection

We partner with Route to offer customers shipping insurance. The additional fee is optional and can be added at checkout. Package protection helps customers with lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Route will ship a replacement free of charge if a claim is filed.
